It's no secret that your vehicle's brake system is vital to the overall safety of your vehicle. You rely on your brakes to slow or stop your vehicle on the road when you need to, and a problem with your brakes is always a major cause for concern. The brake system in your vehicle is actually hydraulic, meaning that it uses a high-pressure system and fluid in order to create force. When you press down on the brake pedal, a piston is pushed into the brake master cylinder, which is where the brake fluid is. The fluid then gets pushed into other brake cylinders positioned near the actual rotors which is what creates the force needed to press the brake calipers to connect the brake pads with the rotors.
