Why are you changing your name?
As a Caliber company, Service First Automotive has changed its name to Caliber Auto Care. Putting “Care” in our name was important to us as we demonstrate how we are Reimagining Car Care™. We genuinely care for our customers, their vehicles and safety, and our teammates. This change also creates better synergy within the Caliber family of brands, which also includes Caliber Auto Care Glass and Caliber Collision – the nation's largest auto collision repair provider across 33 states, as well as the broadest network of OEM-certified collision centers in the U.S. All three brands share the purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® and a vision of improving the image of the automotive services industry with a full range of complementary automotive services.
Do you have new management?
Our team is not changing, neither at centers nor in management —just our name.
Will the same people be in your centers?
Yes, the same teammates and service advisors still will be here to fulfill all of your auto care needs.
Will we contact you the same way?
Our phone numbers will remain the same, but our website is now caliberautocare.com. However, for the remainder of the year servicefirstautomotive.com still works just in case you forget.
What else can we expect might change?
Our name change does not change the work we do, or the high standards of quality and service that all of our teammates exemplify. The values our teammates demonstrate every day, as well as the exceptional customer experiences that you have come to expect, will continue as we become Caliber Auto Care. Changing our name to Caliber Auto Care allows us to better integrate with the Caliber portfolio of brands and to continue serving our customers with exceptional auto care experiences.
