At Service First, the safety and health of our teammates, customers and vendors is our highest priority. We will follow the guidance of the CDC and local officials as we adhere to new operating procedures that limit personal contact and protect our teammates, customers and vendors, allowing us to continue Enriching the Lives of Others. 

 

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus. Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.

  • Teammates, customers and guests are required to wear face masks inside our centers. If you do not have a facial covering, we can provide one.  

  • Our teammates adhere to social distancing guidelines and will allow six feet between teammates and customers during in-person interactions. 

  • Guests have several convenient options while our team repairs your vehicle. 

  • Drive-Thru Oil Changes

    • Schedule your Drive-Thru Oil Change at least two hours in advance or stop by your nearest Service First and we will be glad to help you.

    • Upon arrival to Service First, follow helpful signs and drive to the back of the building where a teammate will greet you in front of the lube center. 

    • While we work on your vehicle, take advantage of several convenient options. Remain in your vehicle, relax in our clean and spacious lounge, utilize our outdoor seating area, or ask a teammate to shuttle you to your nearby home. While in the shuttle vehicle, the teammate and customer are mandated to wear masks and the customer will safely be seated in the backset to adhere to social distancing guidelines.  

    • Our teammates will complete your quick oil change and email your digital inspection, calling you to share updates on your vehicle.  

    • Convenient touchless payment and digital paperwork options are also available. 

  • Mechanical Repairs

    • Arrive onsite or schedule online in advance. 

    • We will adhere to social distancing guidelines while meeting you at your vehicle or greeting you in our clean and spacious lounge.

    • While we work on your vehicle, relax in our clean and spacious lounge, utilize our outdoor seating area, or ask a teammate to shuttle you to your nearby home. While in the shuttle vehicle, the teammate and customer are mandated to wear masks and the customer will safely be seated in the backset to adhere to social distancing guidelines.  

    • Our teammates will complete your vehicle’s repairs and email your digital inspection, calling you to share updates on your vehicle.   

    • Convenient touchless payment and digital paperwork options are also available. 

  • State Inspections

    • Arrive onsite and whether our team greets you at your vehicle or in our clean and spacious lounge; we will adhere to social distancing guidelines.

    • While we work on your vehicle, relax in our clean and spacious lounge, or utilize our outdoor seating area.

    • Our teammates will call you to share updates on your state inspection and your emailed digital inspection.

    • Convenient touchless payment and digital paperwork options are also available. 

  • The kids’ play area has been temporarily closed to ensure our facility remains clean and healthy for guests and teammates.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
