I went into Service First and could not be happier. Matt and his associates greeted me with a smile and immediately got down to business. After asking about my warranty and service guarantee from the manufacturer, Matt said: "look, I want to make sure that if you don't have to spend a dime, you don't spend a dime." How often does that happen in a shop? The genuine attitude and upstanding ethics of this Service First location are enough to have me return for any car-related issue. The service was speedy, and I was updated along the way. Additionally, I felt comfortable with their judgment.
