Outstanding Service As Usual! When I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment they met me at the front door, knew exactly who I was & greeted me by name. I asked how long the oil change would be & they were very honest & up front about how many people were ahead of me. They offered me a ride home but I had a ride home waiting for me. Once they started my oil change they emailed me the virtual vehicle inspection & I could see exactly what they were discussing with me over the phone when they called to give me an update. I believe my service adviser was Parker, but I could be mistaken, he was very patient, very kinda & there was NO pushy 'sales man' speak that EVERY woman hates getting! Being a woman it's difficult to trust any mechanic shop but I know for certain when I take my vehicle to Service First it will always be taken care of! Before this trip, my sister dropped off her vehicle to have some repairs worked on, when we picked it up later that day, after they had closed, she briefly mentioned one of my family member's found out they were cancer free that day. I didn't even hear my sister mentioned that but as we both got into our separate vehicles there was a man behind the counter who I am assuming heard my sister say that, he came running out side & gave me the biggest high five. You never really think that other people can care so much about what you've been through or what your going through that day, but when a complete stranger ran out into the parking lot to give me a high five, it changed my entire outlook on mechanic shops & just people in general. All of this happened after they had closed on a Saturday also. I know when I worked on a Saturday I just wanted to go home, but this gentleman took the time out of his day to congratulate my family member for being cancer free. I wish I could remember his name, but I know when I dropped off my vehicle for the oil change this time he recognized me & that always makes you feel just a little more welcome :-D Thank you so much Service First for everything you do & for keeping your customers in mind. You honestly have no idea what a tiny little high five can do for someone!
