Service First is an aptly named business and a rare gem in the world of auto care. I bring my car here for any maintenance work or state inspections I need done, knowing that whomever is working the front desk will be prompt, polite, and professional. The prices seem fair for the industry, and I've never had anyone approach me with phantom problems just to milk me for an extra penny. In fact, if ever there was any additional work to be done, the staff would even recommend cheaper alternatives than getting the work done with them. I saw someone else here expressed disappointment with the online system of making appointments and I'd like to heartily disagree. I used the website to make an appointment for two separate cars and then called the next day - just to confirm that it'd gone through - and had no problems. There is a small but fairly comfortable room in case you'd like to wait for your car to be finished, with a TV, Keurig, and a fridge full of waters. I've never had to wait too long for routine maintenance, but there is a courtesy shuttle service available for longer jobs.
