Wow! what a wonderful customer experience. Every customer touchpont from the front desk to service advisor to car delivery is benchmark for excellence. The facility is clean and comfortable. The personnel is friendly and professional. I'm really looking forward to returning for additional service.

I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. They checked all of my lights, fluids, filters and breaks for free and honestly didn’t feel as though they were trying to rip me off. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a dog area (small but nice added bonus), free wifi, water bottles and coffee, and even an indoor playground for the kiddies. This place by far exceeded my expectations!

Friendly on the phone and friendly in person. Everything and everyone looked clean. Nicest waiting area I've ever seen in an auto service place. Free Starbucks coffee dispenser was a nice touch, too. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee before my inspection was done. I will definitely use them again.

I had no idea that a simple oil change could be such a pleasant experience. From start to finish, I felt like each and every person working here cared about me and my car. The facility is super clean, well-maintained and they even have a little area for your kids to play - A mini indoor playground. I highly recommend for any of your car’s service needs.

I took my car to Service First as my turn signals were not working. They were all so helpful. Had to leave car there for diagnostic testing. Scott Yesh handled it and kept me informed. The problem was electrical. I will continue taking my car there as their service is great!!
