Updated, 5/23/18: Eddie did reach out to us personally, as he said he'd do below. He was very apologetic and eager to make things right. They refunded the cost for the oil change that wasn't disclosed to us originally, and have offered us our next oil change for free. They took another look and upon further inspection found the issue we'd originally reported and repaired it for free. They called to follow up, which was greatly appreciated. We'll be happy to give them another try for the foreseeable future. Really disappointed in our service today. Used to be a great location with a great team. We called early in the week and scheduled an appointment for a specific problem and when it was not addressed appropriately, the blame was shifted to us for dropping off the van with no instructions, which was simply not true. They proceeded with a more expensive oil change than we were expecting without a call to notify us beforehand. And the original issue that we came in for was not addressed sufficiently. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
