Edit: Why I gave them 5 stars. Hello, Service First is now my go to shop for all our vehicles maintenance needs. And I will tell you why, (caution: long read) I religiously bring my wife's car to the dealer's shop, every time, all the oil change and maintenance check are all performed by them. And the last time I brought it there, they told me that they would need to charge me an additional $500 to check a massive oil leak on the engine, that is on top my bill and any items that may need to be replaced from the result of the pressure test. According to them, they discovered a massive leak while performing an oil change. I didn't buy it, I told them finish the oil change, which they did, and I'll have the car check else where. I brought the car to Service First (Louetta cor Ella St.) and was assisted by Mr. Alex Torres he was very helpful, I noticed that they are not fond of using any pretentious words that will/might confuse you, unlike any other shop. Anyhow, I relayed to him what exactly the dealership told me, then he thoroughly explained to me what needs to be done. They cleaned the underside of the car to trace/asses any leaks. They even send pictures of the before, during and after their testing, which I really appreciate. Then, after thoroughly cleaning it and performing a series of test, it turns out, there were no leaks at all! He told me that they cannot find any leak source that can cause the engine oil to leak. He even told me to go back at their shop if I noticed otherwise. Now I am thinking, probably someone from the dealership accidentally poured oil to my engine compartment during the oil change and wanted to charge for labor to clean the engine up. I am not sure about that, but one thing I am certain, I will no longer go back to that dealership nor purchase any vehicle/services again from them. Ow and I highly recommend Service First, hands down.

I have been taking my vehicle here for years. I have always had great service and friendly people. They go above and beyond by photographing your vehicle to show you things that they find or notice and then they even email you a report with a summary! That is top notch.

I took my 2011 Honda CRV in for an oil change. Normally, I would just go to the dealership, Honda of Spring , because that's where I bought my car. Since Honda of Spring now charges almost $60 for low grade synthetic oil change I thought I would shop around. Upon arrival I was told it would be at least an hour wait to have my oil changed. It was 3:15 pm when I arrived. I felt bad for the guy because they close at 4, but I really needed the oil changed (@15%). I was back on the road with the oil changed by 3:50 p.m. . Thank you Service First for a job well done!

Incredible. Service First is the perfect name for the company. Very polite, thorough, trustworthy and quick. Can't remember when I've ever seen/heard customers being taken care of so well. Highly recommended.

Very pleased. Got my AC recharged and blowing COLD air again! Also pointed out another item that needs attention. Very fair pricing, less than the dealerships. I'll definitely go back and highly recommended them. I felt with Daniel Delaney. Very courteous.

I went for my first time to this place only because of yelp. Didn't know what to expect but everyone was very nice and explained what my car ac was the problem. I enjoyed this place because of the people and them fixing my car without getting scammed.

From my arrival for an oil change to my departure the staff could not been friendlier or more helpful!!! Very thorough on the servicing of my car with patient explanations to my questions on their work and suggestions. A very pleasant experience from beginning to end!! Great coffee bar too!! Wi-Fi and charging stations made the time pass quickly & restore my phone!!! Definitely will return.. service like theirs is rare nowadays!!!
