Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

I went to First Service for a car inspection. The guy who attended me was so honest that he said I should not pay for an inspection at that moment and I should return only 1 or 2 months before the car license expired. Really glad to see we still have HONEST people doing businesses in this world! For sure I will return to this place!

Customer Service was great, especially for someone like me who felt completely out of place. I'm always nervous going to get my car inspected or my oil changed because I don't like when they pressure me to buy things I don't really need and I end up spending like $300. This wasn't the case at Service First, I told them I needed my car inspected, and 10 minutes later I was out with a voucher for a free car wash at Mister Car Wash and a total bill of $25! I actually can't wait to go back now. This place goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome, and it shows.

My engine overheated for some reason on the road. I completely freaked out when I got a warning sign that I needed to stop my vehicle immediately. Thankful Service First was only 0.4 miles away from where I was located. I walked in and all 3 staff greeted me. How wonderful! I told them my situation and they said they will do a diagnostic test and it wll take an hour. Eddie was my advisor, he is the one that told me the update on my vehicle. Turns out they got my parts from BMW and not a generic brand was used on my car. The repair costed me 1/3 of what they would have charged me at the dealership. It took a full day to actually fix my car. They came and explain to me in details what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. I was really happy with the results. They also have a little playground for the kids inside. They also have water and starbucks regular coffee as well. Free wifi and 4 IPAD station free of use. After a service they give you a car wash ticket to go wash your car free of charge next door at Misters Car wash.

These guys are awesome! I came in after accidentally rear ending a trailer and the plate on the bottom of the bumper came off. It wasn't broken but the clips came off and made the whole thing drag on the pavement. I pulled in here because it was the closest service shop I could find. So glad I did! They put the plate back on free of charge and were so friendly! Will be back for oil changes and maintenance!

I've been here twice now. The first was for an oil change. They were very courteous and quick. They did my oil change during my lunch break and I was able to get work done with their WI-FI. They have a nice sitting area with comfortable chairs for you to work. I noticed an iPad station as well. The second time I came I did my state inspection and requested they check my brakes since my brake light came on. They informed me that there was a wait before they could get my car in the bay and offered me their shuttle service. I was so confused by this shuttle service. I thought, you will drive me anywhere like right now? I requested to be dropped off at the gym and BOOM like magic, they took me to the gym. I asked the shuttle driver where else do people request to go. He said once a lady asked to go to Costco and they dropped her off to do her shopping and delivered her car to her once it was done. Everyone is so nice and they genuinely care about their customers.

Great service. Thorough diagnostics .. Staff is very customer service oriented . If you have to wait which can always happen with auto repairs the waiting area/lobby is really nice . Free Starbucks coffee machine , bottled water and the WIFI was actually pretty fast. Maybe not the cheapest place but you will get what you pay for.. Definitely recommend .

I have been using Service First for oil changes since moving to Texas last year. They have always been efficient and service oriented. I like that you can make an appt for regular maintenance to reduce your wait time, but they will also see walk-ins as soon as they can. The waiting area is comfortable with a tv, coffee, water etc. They will keep you apprised of their progress. When my car wouldn't start last week, I called them. They said they could help but reminded me if I had roadside assistance I should call them first to save money. I had forgotten that I had a plan through my cell phone service provider. Nice guys to think of asking me that. When I got my car started and took it to them for repairs, they offered to take me home. They also came to pick me up when my car was ready. Some places will do this grudgingly, but here it is part of the service. Aaron and Justin were great throughout the whole process. This is my go-to place for car repairs and maintenance.

Thank you so much Service First! My Mom went to pick up my daughter at KHS and ran over large broken concrete and was so worried she ruined her Lexus. She drove straight to Service First, Nathan took her car to the back within seconds and they looked it over. Everything was fine and my Mom was back on her way. They will do what it takes to make their customers feel like Royalty!!! We appreciate y'all so much!!!

I got an oil change here about 3 months ago, came back here and wow the Customer service here is so welcoming! That alone will make me keep coming here!! I just felt the need to let people know of the great service I got here! My car takes full synthetic oil which usually cost around 80 bucks I got it done here for like $39 that's very affordable and saved me money. Everyone here is always so kind and the staff was very professional and they know what they're doing I highly recommend this place. I'm a returning customer and service is still superb! Thanks Service First!!!

Scott was awesome! Changed out my fuse and aired up my tires right on the spot. Super friendly and helpful!
