The name says it all! I brought my car in for its 5000 mile maintenance and an alignment and wound up adding on services (wipers & filters) because of discounts and necessity. I was greeted by 3 employees within seconds of walking through the door. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and helpful; every customer gets to see actual images of their car's inspection (tires, filters, lights, etc.), and a copy of the inspection results and pictures can be emailed for personal records. My car needed some extra love (and therefore time, which I had to spare), so I got to observe how quickly cars were serviced. The turnover was much faster than I've ever seen in an auto shop, and every customer was treated with kindness and respect. The lobby/waiting area was clean and very comfortable; there's a bar with tablets and a complimentary beverage station with refrigerated bottled water, Starbucks coffee, hot cocoa, and tea. It's kid friendly with an indoor playground, and the bathrooms are spacious and elegant. There are three televisions, one of which displays a slideshow of the employees with personalized bios (nice touch!) I can't thank Eddie, Mike, and the rest of the staff enough for taking care of my car and giving me such a great experience. I will definitely be back!

I've been meaning to write a review on this place since I went there a few months ago and it's been eating at me that I still hadn't written one, because they definitely deserve it. This place is really amazing. It's super clean and nice inside. It honestly is nicest garage I've ever been too. The service is amazing, they actually ran me paperwork across town when it was my fault for losing it--without charge. The pricing is fair and nothing about the company is shady. I've been driving by this location for 6 years and never went in. I'm glad I found it. They also drove me home and picked me up while they worked on my car. The service is so good, it made me look at my own business practices and have taught me a few things about customer service. I can't recommend them enough. To service first--sorry it took me so long to write a review, guys.

Went to the Grand Oaks location. They were fantastic. Hospitable, informative about the status of our vehicles. Shuttled me to get breakfast and back. Wa ou ting room clean and comfortable. Separate closed in jungle jim for kids. Starbucks coffee while you wait. They aligned my husband's truck, skimmed my rotars, flushed my radiator and changed my oil, in about 2 1/2 hours. Excellent and friendly service. I will definitely return when needed. I would strongly recommend this store. They truly exemplify service first!

I could NEVER recommend this "repair shop". Take your vehicle anywhere but here!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. They are profit first not service first. My costly and frustrating experience is as follows:First, when my truck broke down, they diagnosed the problem and quoted outrageous prices to fix my truck. One example, they said it would require$2,600.00 to address the problem. I asked for a list of parts that needed replacing I then called suppliers and the parts cost cane to $658.23. I told this to Service First they agreed to use my parts and charge me $858 for labor. When I got the truck back, it exhibited new issues that had to be addressed immediately. I took the truck back. They ran and provided a new diagnosis which would require $2,200 in parts and labor. I took my truck to a different service facility. The new diagnosis, the engine is blown (rings and pistons) possibly caused by poor service replacing parts that were recently installed. Service First reached out to me to offer assistance in diagnosing and solving the service issue with my truck. I am thankful and appreciative of their follow-up. The truck is being towed back to them for extensive diagnosis. The other shop could not provide this level of diagnostic service. Let's hope for better news!

This place is convenient to our home, but I was reluctant to give them a try after taking my vehicles to the same mechanic for 20 years. Long story short, I gave them a try and now I'm taking everything to these guys.

3.8 Stars Took my SUV to get an oil change here. Very busy and crowded. It's decent option, no complaints. I do prefer to go to the dealership and get my free inspection and rotation with the oil change which is the same price.

I can't tell y'all enough how awesome my experience at Service First was. It was my first time there, but I was treated like family by every single person I encountered. It honestly didn't even feel like I was in a mechanic shop. I was immediately greeted and helped by Meghan and Kelly, who were both very welcoming and friendly. Connor later came out to show me their recommendations for my car and was very nice and informative, but was not pushy in any way (as a woman, this is something I've had to be cautious about at other mechanic shops in the past). The waiting room was so warm and homey, especially with the coffee machine and comfy chairs. Loved the cute Christmas tree. :) I went in for an oil change and inspection and was in and out in probably about an hour, even though they had a waiting room full of other customers and appeared to be very busy. 10/10 overall, and will definitely be returning when needed.
