Normally when I review auto places it’s because they did a bad job or ripped me off. Service first may actually be my first positive auto review! I am writing because I came in with battery issues and they explained the problem to me with small words that I could understand then fixed it for free! I say if your in the area give them a shot!

My husband does his own work but sometimes he needs help. They are overly friendly and takes my husbands nervousness into account. He is extremely pleased with them which makes this 5 star for me. We had to repair our air conditioning and something else that escapes me atm. My husband is never impressed by a automotive shop but he is them, he's even recommending it to my nephew.

Eddie, Connor and Javier took outstanding care of my car. I had an a/c leak. I did the research and their reputation is well deserved. If you've been looking for a quality reliable service center I've found mine. They keep me updated during the entire time. That kind of service is too rare. They genuinely care about you. I want to make sure I give a really great review! I used these guys to help do alignments for both my cars. They did a great job on both my cars. Then I also ask them for help when my engine blew up. They did a great job of evaluating my car giving me a good estimate all for a reasonable price. Later one of my cars had a fuel pump issue. I was able to take it to these guys to get them to fix it. After they fixed it drove it around for a day or so and then it had a problem. Notice that the part was no good. I sent it back to them they were able to take care of everything no issues ans no cost to me. These guys are top notch! Highly recommend anybody looking for a good mechanic! Price might be a little higher but the quality is definitely worth every penny

After reading the mostly positive reviews this place has on Yelp, I decided to take my vehicle there. I had been having issues with my car overheating, and needed it fixed asap. I've had a lot of work done on my car, and never felt fully satisfied with the result, so I decided to try to find a trustworthy and quality place to have my car repaired at. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment, and they were able to see me right away. The people at the desk were super friendly, and they listened to what I had to say carefully and asked lots of relevant questions. They ran several checks on my car to diagnose the issue, kept me updated on the progress of their checks, and came back to me with various options throughout the process; very different (in a good way) from my previous repair experience where I would drop my car off and not hear anything back until they're ready to see my credit card. Everyone there, from the mechanics to the associates at the desk, were incredibly friendly and made sure that I was a priority. My repair ended up being pretty serious, and took the entire day. Since I'm a freelancer, I only need my laptop and a power outlet to be productive, so this didn't end up being an issue for me. They had lots of super comfortable chairs (not the typical plastic chairs, they were leather and cushiony), wall outlets, usb charging stations, iPads for visitor use, wifi, coffee, and bottled water. And because my repair took so long, they gave me lunch recommendations from the area, took my order down, and ran by a local restaurant and paid for my lunch. I hadn't planned on being there for the entire day, but they were so friendly and accommodating that it ended up being a pleasure to stay there. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Despite misfortune bringing me there, it was a painless and positive experience, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable place to have their car repaired. The rest of my auto repair experiences involve sitting in a small, closet like waiting room, listening to the Food Network in the background while desperately trying to adjust to a comfortable sitting position, wondering when I will find out what is wrong with my car and how long it will take to be fixed. I will definitely be doing business with First Service again, and I'm grateful to them for a job well done.

Friday the 13th struck hard this year. The cv axle on my Honda Pilot was making lots of noise for my wife in the morning. I had asked her to go here first, but she was in a different part of town. She decided to take it to a different shop due to the noise. She called and gave me that shops quote. I asked her to go to Service First for a second opinion. My wife dealt with Kyle and Cody at different parts of the day throughout the process. They gave their opinion and the quote. The actual quote was $100 cheaper than the other shop with a better warranty. My wife was not completely comfortable with what she was hearing, so she called me to speak with Cody. Cody was the utmost professional. He was willing to email the quote and send pictures if needed. He was honest about the assessment and to what level things should be prioritized. My wife and i were impressed with the appearance of the shop, cleanliness and overall professionalism of all the staff. We had moved to the area about 7 months ago, i now have a shop i feel i can trust for my future repairs on both of my vehicles. Cody made us feel like we were friends. Thank you cody and the staff at Service First.
