Spring TX. I was referred by a friend & called in evening at 6:30 - as the phone rang I noticed you close at 6:30! I was surprised when Jake answered the phone; he was pleasant, professional and helpful and gave no indication that he was ready to go home. He offered to see if the repair was covered on mfr recall so I could save money & as promised, followed up with a phone call to me first thing the next morning. One of my repairs was a front headlight; I'd bought a bulb but after 3 weeks of waiting for a friend to put it in I just brought it to you. Your guys installed it for FREE!! My oil change and other items were done very quickly while I waited. The service station was very clean, bright, & inviting with a cozy waiting area. I enjoyed some Starbucks coffee and the iPad bar you offer while I waited, and was again pleasantly surprised by receiving a free car wash! The cost and also the estimates I got for future work is around HALF of what I'd been paying elsewhere. Now I won't go anywhere else, and I have already referred 2 other friends!

This place just popped up right off of Louetta. Grew up here and been to plenty local shops, this one by far has the nicest honest people. What's wonderful is they have an awesome kids play area, iPads to play with, water and comfy waiting area. I'll come again.

My family has 6 cars and they are all serviced at Service First. They are always professional, priced fair and the mechanics are excellent. The service and staff are very attentive. I would never go anywhere else. They always contribute to our local community center with sponsorships and truly are a part of this community not just a local business.

Austin, and the front Desk professionals are the best in the automotive business. i have owned and ran some of the most high volume Transmission shops in Texas and appreciate it when i find a company that is trying, like myself, to bring Integrity back to an industry i truly love. I've been coming to this place for a year or so now. Every time i go every one is very nice. I never wait long for oil changes and the lobby is always clean. I know NOTHING about my car and they are always professional and thorough when they give me information about it. So it's a good place for some one like me who needs people to trust to not take advantage of my ignorance about vehicles . I highly recommend !

Five stars. Wish there were additional stars to give. I live in Spring Branch, but I drive out to Spring because they provide great customer service, honest, dependable and reasonably priced service. My mother recommended Service First. So happy she did!

My very first review of this place was great. They were awesome, but now I only go there for my annual inspection. I had 2 bad oil changes in a row. One was when they broke my oil pan bolt, and other was when they stripped my oil pan bolt. I mean, really? I used to do my own oil changes all of the time and I never came close to doing either of those, and to have it happen 2 oil changes in a row. :( I'm really disappointed that I had to find a new place, but the new place is a lot quicker, and I don't have to get out of my car, so I guess it was for the better. On a last note: all of the things I liked about the staff and facility are still the same, it's just the latter that sucks.
