Excellent service and Covid protocols. I plan to stop going to my dealership and come here instead because there was no mansplaining or sexism at Caliber.

I get stressed out anytime I have to take my car in for repair. Tyler D made it so easy and stress free for me. He was so professional on the phone and truly took time to explain things to me. When I arrived at the shop, he went the extra mile and made sure he was the one who greeted me. He went even further by making sure he was the one that called me to go over the inspection report. With his help, we strategically came up with a plan and cost to get me back on the road safety. This is the first time someone truly listened to my concerns and came up with methods to resolve them. I would be shocked if Tyler was not part of the management team at Caliber real soon. Thank you!
