Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

I've brought my car here since it was new in 2013. Everyone I have ever come in contact with at Service First has been extremely friendly and helpful! The prices for maintaining your vehicle are reasonable and I trust their work. I typically do not review Auto Repair facilities because I tend to be more critical because I was a professional Automotive Technician for over 20 years working for GM then Nissan. So I know my vehicle and I know when I'm given false info just to make a sale. I can say with comfort that any recommendations Service First has ever given me or any of my family members who go there have been accurate and with out any pressure. At my age I do not do all the maintenance work on my vehicle myself any longer, especially since I sold my tools and boxes years ago ;-)

Love this place! Excellent service, clean restrooms, nice seating for tv watching. Best of all Starbucks coffee while you wait. Free shuttle car ride home. They are very nice! Highly recommend!

Very friendly place. Comfortable waiting area. They offer you beverages for the wait. Also a kiddie play room for the lil ones. They let you know how long it will take for whatever service you're getting done. The receptionist/quoted me $50 less than the other auto repair shop down the street I went to right before coming here. Prepare to wait!!! They tell you how long it will take... yeah mine kept prolonging. 3 and a half hours later, it will take another hour to make sure everything set in place. Seriously? You've had my freaking car this long and you still need to do that and it will take an hour? Yet everyone else is in and out for oil changes or state inspections? ***Update*** After being contacted due to incomplete service and going back and having the issue I've had resolved, they provided exceptional service. And just to be clear, it's not the company itself but more training opportunities needed for customer service. The manager Andrew provided excellent service and kept communication throughout. And assured I was satisfied. In which I finally was. I also want to point out that DORIS the counter receptionist is beyond any receptionist I've dealt with. Regardless of how hectic their counter is and customers around, she provides professional and courteous service with a beautiful smile. Thank you DORIS!!! I will be back here in the future!!

I brought my car here mainly due to the good reviews on Yelp and also because I was fed up with the Planet Ford Service Dept taking forever (weeks) to repair my car every time. So when my air conditioner started blowing hot air this is where I brought my car. I have a warranty through CarMax and they used it with zero problems (again, unlike Planet Ford, where I'd have to make multiple calls). Service First was great! They called me everyday and kept me updated throughout the process (unlike Planet Ford). They were super nice and easy to talk to, especially when I couldn't pick up my car on the day it was done because I was dealing with a burst pipe in my kitchen. I will continue to bring my car here from now on. Their waiting area is also super nice and everyone I talked to was also super nice and polite.

Took my car in for a flat tire. They went the extra mile and double checked each tire and filled them all up to the regulations of the car. Plus, they had a super cute puppy there!

Love these guys helped me when my car broke down and got it fixed fast. Great and quick oil changes and tell others things that need to be fixed. My only thing I didnt have done was a lower control arm repair as their price to change way to high to comparable shops nearby. I ended getting that fixed else where as the price difference was 500$ and work was comparable and they warrnatied the parts. But overall will still continue to go them as they do awesome work.

My husband took his car there today because his air conditioner wasn't working properly. One of the technicians looked at and discovered a blocked intake vent. Shook my husband's hand and wished him good day! Wonderful service! Just one more reason we're going to keep using them!

What can I say? Another repair from Service First and another extremely positive experience. These guys (Andrew, Josh, Brett) are the best. Honest, ethical and knowledgeable. A great combination for automotive technicians.
