Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

I've been coming here since they opened, about 3 years ago and have always received outstanding service. The guys in the front are very knowledgeable and I've never had a problem with their work. I've had oil changes, front end work, even a transmission change. They have always gone the extra distance when searching for solutions or parts. The waiting area is very comfortable with amenities like free Starbucks and water and a bank of iPads at a bar for your entertainment if you have to wait. Fast oil changes and a car wash. Look for the huge American flag at Louetta and Ella.

Great company name for what is provided! SERVICE FIRST! Not only is the staff here freindly and personable, they know more about my car than I do, I drive a 2011 Mustang GT and i know EVERYTHING about my car. Never have a been to a place that cared as much about the customer as they do about the car, they make even a simple oil change personal. They recomended a oil product to me 9 months ago, and I could not be happier .... the money I save is always a bonus. I am a Service First Customer for life.

HONEST!! The Discount Tire guy told me that I needed an alignment. Took it to Service First and they said that it was already aligned and didn't charge me anything for the check. They even washed my car for free. Turns out that I just don't rotate my tires enough. I have found a new home for my auto repair and service needs.

This was my first experience with Service First and I was impressed. The service was GREAT! Nathan and all of the staff were attentive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back with all future issues. Thanks again.

Outstanding customer service, tons of amenities, but you will pay for it. I'd return simply because of the customer service and they get the job done right the first time.

Been there twice. First time was to have my transmission fluid changed. I bought some Amsoil fluid and the distributor suggested this place to have it changed. I called an was fit right in. Very fast service with the BG machine. The second time was for an alignment. Turns out my truck had minor damage due to an accident and would not align 100%. They worked about 45min on it. They did not charge me since they could not get it right. I will absolutely be back for all my maintenance. It also looks like they use decent oil and filters on the lube side.

Very awesome! Went to Driver's Auto down the road and was told i needed over a thousand dolloars worth of repairs on my car. I went to get a second opinion and im so glad i did. I went to Service First and they lived up to their name. Not only did they tell me their opinion but they had 2 different people looking at it and SHOWED me the areas of concern. Oh and i might add that they were cheaper. Now im afraid of commitment so it will take a few more trips but they may have made a customer for life out of me. Thanks a lot Nate!

Amazing Amazing Amazing Amazing. What blows me away about Service First is that they work on ALL types of vehicles. I drive a Volkswagon Passat and it is extremely difficult to find mechanics that will even touch a Volkswagon. I would even try to go to import only mechanics, BMW mechanic shops, etc but I still no one would even look at it. I took my car to Midas once because they claim "they fix everything". After finding out that Midas DOESN'T fix everything, I tried Service First Automotive. Not only did Service First analyze my issues, but they repaired my vehicle at a very affordable cost. They also work on BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and much more. Service First claims they fix everything... Because they actually do. From now on I won't take my car anywhere else. These guys really know what they're doing.

Went there to have a headlight fixed and get an oil change. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water and Starbucks coffee while you wait. I even saw some tablet computers to use while you wait. I didn't have time to use them though because they got dome with my car in 15 mins. Best service around. I have already been recommending them to friends.
