The team here is great and really do mean "service first". They we're quick on doing the inspections on our vehicles, and they made getting tires on one of my vehicles so easy by delivering the vehicle back to our house since our lives are so busy. An Excellent Shop! Friendly associates, knowledgeable and attentive service advisors, professional maintenance techs, clean and comfortable customer waiting area. During an oil change, the customer is shown photos on a tablet taken of his/her car, including fluid condition, along with any developing problem areas. Complimentary shuttle service to/from shop during longer repairs. My automotive garage, from now on! THANKS!

So far, so good. They have free Starbucks while you wait, and if you're running errands with your kids, they have a play area for them too! They have tablets to use so you're not bored while you wait, and wifi if you just wanna use your own device. I don't think I've seen one person NOT smiling. And, if you have to go someplace real quick, have a complementary shuttle to use. Definitely coming back for an oil change (came just for my sticker).

Been here a few times now. These people are excellent. They are very courteous and prompt with their service. They are also more than fair in my experience. I've taken my vehicle in to have a heat shield remounted and some trim replaced. They took care of both in just a few minutes a piece and only charged me for the parts. It may have been a quick and simple job for them, but I am very appreciative. I have not found many business that don't try to pull ridiculous mark ups on small jobs to try and get their money out of it.

Clean... welcoming. Prices are just okay. Update: At first, Service First declined replacing an oem part on my car. They said to go ahead and bring it in and they would see if they could install it. They took me in immediately and within an hour or so they installed the part free of charge! They will get my business from now on. This was very unexpected and appreciated since I'm a disabled person and a veteran. I will be taking my car there for all its service needs.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is honest and you always know what you’re paying for. The prices are reasonable but not the cheapest because the quality of service is not cheap. However, I’m more than happy to pay a tiny bit more to feel like I’m doing the right thing for the car.
