Wow! what a wonderful customer experience. Every customer touchpont from the front desk to service advisor to car delivery is benchmark for excellence. The facility is clean and comfortable. The personnel is friendly and professional. I'm really looking forward to returning for additional service.

Friendly on the phone and friendly in person. Everything and everyone looked clean. Nicest waiting area I've ever seen in an auto service place. Free Starbucks coffee dispenser was a nice touch, too. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee before my inspection was done. I will definitely use them again.

I had no idea that a simple oil change could be such a pleasant experience. From start to finish, I felt like each and every person working here cared about me and my car. The facility is super clean, well-maintained and they even have a little area for your kids to play - A mini indoor playground. I highly recommend for any of your car’s service needs.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed today and I was very impressed with Service First. From start to finish, I was there probably less than 30 minutes. The facility is clean, with several nice touches like a playplace for kids, tablets and chargers, and best of all, a full service coffee maker. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were about on par with other places, which makes all the other stuff an even bigger bonus. I will definitely return to Service First!

I had my state inspection done here and was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and they have a nice play area for kids.

I've used Service First a couple of times and they are always professional and honest. This last time, I was in a bind and they came and jumped my car so I could get it in to replace the battery. Thank you Service First.

I love this place! I just came in for a trip check and it was a complimentary service!!! How awesome is that??..Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable they also have complimentary coffee, bottled water, comfy lobby seats and it was also very CLEAN which made the experience even more pleasurable!! I LOVE being in a clean environment because I have bad allergies so thank you for making that a priority!
