Eddie is always awesome and willing to help out when there is an issue. Took my 05 Silverado here for AC repair - turns out the compressor, and one actuator is bad. They fixed things, and AC is blowing cold. Fast forward to today... truck starts blowing hot again. Turns out 2 more of the actuators are out. They weren’t caught on the first diagnostic, but Eddie worked with me to remedy the issue. Nobody can ever catch 100% of problems, all the time, every time. That’s not a realistic expectation, and it’s something most consumers demand. What really matters is how those problems, issues, and mistakes are handled when they happen. Thank you Eddie for making things right, and thank you to all the kind folks at Service First. I’ll be back with other repairs in the future. P.S. ... reading a few of the negative reviews on here... To the guy with the transmission issue a week or so ago (Michael Harney): Transmissions go out. And they don’t magically go out when a shop repairs something in your AC line. Get educated about your vehicle and how repairs work before bashing these awesome people and leaving an uninformed review! Review #2 - 9/22/18 Javier and Josh helped me out up front this time - got me scheduled for brake service and a few other items my truck needed. Got me back on the road the same day, and provided rides to/from my home as needed. The courtesy rides at service first happen FAST. You won’t wait in a lobby for an hour here like you have to do at a dealership. If you need fast service, and a courtesy shuttle, pick these guys. They rock! Thanks again to Javier and Josh for their awesome service!
Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you had a great experience. Please spread the word. -Eddie T.
