Went back for correction oil change. Had the filter in stock. Completed work within quoted time frame. Very accommodating. Happy with the work performed and attentiveness of Staff and management.

This is one auto repair shop you wont dread going to. I really love this place. Great/friendly service, fair prices and really nice facility. They have free wi-fi, ipads for you to use, charging stations, complementary Starbucks coffee/tea & free water. They also have a play place for kids to play in while youre getting your car serviced. Most importantly, their restrooms are very clean!!! 😊👍

I've gone to Service First 3 times now and every time was the best experience I've had when dealing with my automobile issues. They treat you like a rock star! Auto repairs are a hassle but are inevitable, but going to Service First takes the sting out of waiting and you can trust they've repaired your auto correctly.

I don't like auto shops, and I'm a serious car guy. This facility is immaculate, well staffed, and the older guys there know their stuff and are very courteous. What I really liked was that they told me a few other issues I had but put me under no pressure to get work done that wasn't an emergency issue. No hard sell. I have some wear on my break pads, and they told me that it'd be smart to go a little longer on them. So refreshing. Pricing seems fair, though I've only had an alignment performed at this point. I've used Christian Bros. for the past several years, but find them expensive. Good to have a nice shop like this in the neighborhood.

At first, Service First declined replacing an oem part on my car. They said to go ahead and bring it in and they would see if they could install it. They took me in immediately and within an hour or so they installed the part free of charge! They will get my business from now on. This was very unexpected and appreciated since I'm a disabled person and a veteran. I will be taking my car there for all its service needs.

My first time there and service was great! Oil change and state inspection at the same time, didn't wait long, Friendly staff, nice waiting area, reasonably priced, Starbucks coffee. Definitely recommend.

So impressed! Came for a state inspection, and my son got to pick out a brand new matchbox car to play with. As a mom, I dread any car service appointments, keeping my toddler contained in greasy waiting room is my worst nightmare. The play place is clean and toddler approved! We will be back!
