Five stars. Wish there were additional stars to give. I live in Spring Branch, but I drive out to Spring because they provide great customer service, honest, dependable and reasonably priced service. My mother recommended Service First. So happy she did!

My very first review of this place was great. They were awesome, but now I only go there for my annual inspection. I had 2 bad oil changes in a row. One was when they broke my oil pan bolt, and other was when they stripped my oil pan bolt. I mean, really? I used to do my own oil changes all of the time and I never came close to doing either of those, and to have it happen 2 oil changes in a row. :( I'm really disappointed that I had to find a new place, but the new place is a lot quicker, and I don't have to get out of my car, so I guess it was for the better. On a last note: all of the things I liked about the staff and facility are still the same, it's just the latter that sucks.

These guys are awesome. Warm and friendly service center, with honest service and fair pricing. Had to wait 10 - 15 minutes longer than expected, so they discounted the service 15%. The check in process is always quick and easy and everyone's extremely warm and always smiling. Great amenities (including play center for the kids, free coffee and bottles of water.

Friendly staff and great service, the staff is polite and organized, and I was in and out in about thirty minutes. The waiting room is spacious and the chairs are comfortable, variety of magazines to read. They also have a small bar area with free water and Starbucks Coffee as well as several iPads to keep you or your kids busy, or a separate playground area if they need to tire themselves out. Check out their website for coupons and other offers, they usually have something going on there, not to mention that service here comes with a free car wash right behind the building that you can use for up to a month after your service, you can't beat that. I'll definitely be bringing my business to these guys in the future if I need an oil change or my inspection done, no place can make either of those an enjoyable experience but this is about as good as it gets.

Great place to get your car fixed. They provide excellent service! Very friendly and honest people! I got a free car wash after they worked on my car. They offer free bottle d water and coffee. Comfortable seating. I will definitely go back. I was recommended to go here by a family member and I'm glad I did.

Excellent service, very professional staff, quick turnaround, nice and clean facility with convenient waiting area with iPads, TV, comfortable seating, coffee and other refreshments.

Wow!! This service shop is Spring's best kept secret. My car would not start today. I called Service First and Will showed up and gave my car a jump. I purchased my battery and they are installing it now. Every time the under promise and Over Deliver! Great job guys!!

I brought my car in for an oil change. As the car was being driven up the ramp, the windshield cracked, splintering off from a previous crack that had been filled in about a year prior. David got on the phone with the owner and then informed me that even though there had been a pre-existing crack in the windshield, they would replace the entire thing at no charge to me. It's rare to find an automotive repair place these days that intentionally puts the customer before the dollar. I will definitely be a Service First customer for life.

First time here loved their service friendly fast and not expensive at all had to bring my toddlers in with me so I was pleasantly surpirised they had a play area for them we were in and out about 20 mins for an oil change and inspection and a free car wash will definitely be coming back for future services.. would recommend this place to all the moms on the go or anyone else !

They stand behind fheir work. Andrew and his team are very professional. I would definitely come back for my next service. I had my transmission flush few weeks ago and had to come back for unknown fluid leak. Andrew made sure I was taken care off. There are about 2 dozens establishments around my area. This Service First location is one of the best, imo.
