I HATE having to get my oil changed because of the long wait & having to deal with incompetent ppl. This place gets 1st Place customer service award! There was no parking in the front so I had to park in the far back. Since it was my first time here I was worried about having to walk through the service area to find the office. To my relief one of the mechanics greeted me in the parking lot & introduced their services as he guided me to the front desk. This may seem like a small detail, but in my opinion, attention to detail is what makes the difference between good & great service. Office staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. My oil change was done before I could even take the first sip of freshly brewed Starbuck's coffee. As if that wasn't enough, I got a free pass for Mister Carwash! This business definitely has their ducks in a row. Thank you for changing my perspective of auto shops!

Love this place! Great service, friendly and informative. Free water, coffee and comfy chairs while you wait. Just waited less than 20 minutes for a nail in my tire, no charge! I'm lucky that it was in a place that just required a quick plug. Have taken both of our cars in for an oil change, again great experience. And a car wash is included!

Worth it for the good prices and the giant play room (think McDonald's play area with junk to climb on and slides) for the kids. A+, they've got my business.

Super honest people. We are very pleased and keep coming back and have referred others. This place is as forthright as it gets. On multiple occasions we come in and they either don't try to up-sell us anything or they don't even charge us. Yes, this place is welcome and clearly has a growing fan base. Excellent quality and lots of integrity.

Best automotive service my family has ever had. Quick oil changes with a free car wash. Nice waiting area and friendly staff. Service tech was nice enough to give a future needed service to do list before it caused issues for us later with approximate cost. We were so grateful to know these few minor things needed to be done.

Words can't express how professional everyone at this establishment is. Austin took the time out to ensure that I was taken care from the minute I called to schedule an appt to the time I left with my car. My car leaked oil and believe me these professional individual ensured that they would do everything to take care of it , and they went above and beyond. Everyone is upmost wonderful and caring. Had new shocks put all around on my truck. Austin was friendly and got me squared away. Job finished quickly and with no problems. I've been looking for a nearer mechanic. These guys seem to be trustworthy. Will use them again if the need arises.
