Thursday Jun 5th, Service First provided automotive repairs to my vehicle. I needed the brakes & calipers replaced/repaired, rotors turned and rear shocks replaced. These guys went the extra mile in order to provide the best service. They found what I feared, that my back right axle was bent. All said and done they couldn't have been better. Even with my little complaints here and there they where respectful and took the criticism well. My appreciation goes out to all the staff members that I had encountered. Austin was the mechanic that was my main contact during the whole process. He took pictures while the events unraveling and sent them to me to keep me posted on the progress. He kept me updated the entire time while I was abroad working. I must say that Austin's approach to providing me information on what was happening during the repair was above and beyond. "Not to mention" I just received a call while writing this to ask how the vehicle was running. (From Austin) haha Kenny was the Technician that provided service to the vehicle. Questions were answered by him directly from me while on site, and the work was done diligently as far as I could tell. He took very good care of the car considering I just had a $6,500 paint job done on it. Thank you Gentleman for your service and professionalism.
