Service First opened up near my house and I decided to give them a try. They were friendly and service was fast. Facility is very nice and clean! I will be returning for all my car services.

I thought my car had couple of problems. After one hour in their nice hobby, they told me that after their checking, there are no problems at all and explained to me how to use features correctly. They also checked brakes and injected air to my tires to get tire pressure warning light off. All "problems" are gone and all of these are free of charge. Great service, great honesty, and great environment. What do you expect more? I will recommend everyone to come here for car service.

Hands down the best service I have ever received at any business, ever. I went to get my brake pads checked and when it was made apparent I would need new rotors as well, I was informed it would take a few hours for the work to be completed. The owner of the company himself took time out of his day to give me a ride home while the work was being completed. Everyone there was extremely professional and polite, especially Justin, the worker helping me with my car. I cannot overstate how well I was treated as a customer.

I went in to Service First on a whim because they were close to my house. I was very impressed! Everyone was friendly and the facility was very clean and appealing. They even have a play area for kids! I also REALLY liked that they had the TV in the waiting area on the Game Show Network instead of a news station! I get enough political issues everywhere else in my life, I don't need it while I'm getting my oil changed! I was also pleasantly surprised when the technician came back and told me that besides the oil change, the car was in great shape. It was so nice to not have people trying to up-sell me on something that I didn't really need. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

The service and people are INCREDIBLE!!! I live quite a distance from their business, yet still take all 3 of my vehicles there to be serviced. They are polite, professional, courteous, and most importantly honest people. They honestly go out of their way to make sure your experience is the best possible. I can't praise them enough and highly recommend them.

After being customer for regular work on my car (oil changes, inspections, etc) I needed help last week on a pricey repair. My car is not all that common and I honestly thought with something of this size I should let the dealer take care of it. After getting the usual run around and a $1800 quote I told them I would give it some thought and ran it by Service First. Clearly I should have went there in the first place. They were able to complete the repair with the same required OEM parts for over $500 less.

Went back to Service First recently to have my Enclave looked at, the heater quit working. They are always fair and honest. Car is always ready when they promise, great place, super friendly service. Be back soon for my next oil change.

They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to car repair/service. They have always been honest and friendly in my half a dozen or so encounters. I'll gladly pay a bit more to get top notch service.

I have used these folks a couple of times because they are close to my house. They are always friendly. The service is good. And the free water, coffee, wifi & car wash don't hurt. But what prompted me to write a review was a result of my last visit. I had gotten work done with them 9 mo. previous to this latest event. This latest...I found myself broke down in Midtown. The problem was similar to the last that they had fixed, but could have been different. I got a tow from Midtown all the way to Spring, thinking that they were familiar with the vehicle, maybe they would be best to look at it. I am glad I did. They investigated the problem and corrected it free of charge, because it was related to the previous issue. They then reimbursed me for my tow costs. Very refreshing to find someone willing to admit a wrongdoing, shortcoming, or accident. They could have very easily told me it was an unrelated issue or a new issue...or any damn thing and then charged me for their time. Instead, they owned it and made it right, with absolutely no fuss or prompting. Their honesty earned my trust and loyalty.
