Absolutely amazing service. The staff was kind and considerate. It's kid friendly and even has an indoor playground. They swapped and balanced my tires and did a state inspection in record time. The staff is very well trained. Easily the fastest and most pleasant auto repair I've ever experienced. I can't recommend them enough.

Never thought an auto shop could be so, how do I say, not an auto shop. Everyone here is so friendly you have to pinch yourself. Plenty of amenities including plush sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, water bottles, Keurig Starbucks, iPads for checkout, and even a two-story jungle gym for kids!! They will also drive you to work if it's nearby and your car will be in all day. This place defies All Odds. They even gave my daughter some toys out of the box because she was bouncing around the walls wild. The front counter service is exceptional and they clearly explain everything and give you plenty of documentation. This place is amazing. I don't know how to explain how friendly, nice, and knowledgeable everyone is. It just feels like happy Neighborhood Place. Sure, some of the repairs are not that much cheaper than the Lexus dealership, but the overall experience and level of quality surely makes up for it. You get very transparent quotes and they take care of the cars so you know where your money is going. Give it a try!

They did a great job on my oil change. I used the 44k fuel injection cleaner they recommended to me, and you can really tell the difference in performance. I would recommend this place.

I usually do my own oil changes but thought I'd give them a try. Thorough service and they don't try to sell you unnecessary items or services. Price is a little high but not out of line with other places in the area. If you're not a do it yourself guy like me, I'd highly recommend

These guys are amazing!!! Went above and beyond to assist me. We had to obtain a special part which they not only hunted down, they came to me so I wouldn't have to wait. Mike was especially helpful and kept in communication with me so I was always in the know of what was going on. His customer service skills are amazing!! Great people!!! thanks again!!

We absolutely love Service First. Ever since we've moved into the area, we have been getting all our oil changes and inspections done here. With every oil change you get a free voucher to get a car wash at an establishment down the street. Service First is quick - doesn't leave you waiting forever, and does an amazing job! I also love how the sales people here aren't pushy in trying to get you to add on additional services. I highly recommend Service First!

I was so impressed by the honesty and integrity of this Shop! They took such good care of me and my vehicle. They were so helpful! I was treated like family. They gave me Starbucks had a comfy seating area and came back in a very timely manner. They make you feel that they are so happy you are there! :)
