I just want to say from the bottom of my heart i thank this company. Especially Cody and Waylin you all was so helpful. Waylin came and gave me a jump too me to the shop. Unfortunately it was more than the battery going on and i could get the work done right away. However I was able to leave my car here until i can get it towed. And also they drove me back to my job so that I wouldn’t have to walk in the manger car because the company car was unavailable. Great auto shop !! Got my state inspection in less than 15 min !!

They had a nice little comfy area with coffee and a tv. It’s a very nice place. I’m amazed how they have good services.

I had an issue with a door latch breaking on my vehicle and took it to Eddie at Service First to do an assessment. Turned out there was a safety recall on the part so Eddie called me right away to let me know I'd have to take it to the dealership but that he would make sure the car got pulled into the garage over the weekend so it was secure until I was able to have it picked up on Monday. My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to Texas almost 3 years ago and have always found the best service at a fair price with every trip. They really do treat you like family and it's obvious that they place service first!

Went to get a tire fixed. Fast service and they charged me nothing! !! Highly recommend

Service First is an aptly named business and a rare gem in the world of auto care. I bring my car here for any maintenance work or state inspections I need done, knowing that whomever is working the front desk will be prompt, polite, and professional. The prices seem fair for the industry, and I've never had anyone approach me with phantom problems just to milk me for an extra penny. In fact, if ever there was any additional work to be done, the staff would even recommend cheaper alternatives than getting the work done with them. I saw someone else here expressed disappointment with the online system of making appointments and I'd like to heartily disagree. I used the website to make an appointment for two separate cars and then called the next day - just to confirm that it'd gone through - and had no problems. There is a small but fairly comfortable room in case you'd like to wait for your car to be finished, with a TV, Keurig, and a fridge full of waters. I've never had to wait too long for routine maintenance, but there is a courtesy shuttle service available for longer jobs.

The folks are Service First are top notch and really have helped me put since I moved down here from New Jersey. They helped me even more to get my truck fixed in just a day after someone tried to break into it! They're the best!

They carefully reviewed the charges with me before proceeding and applied a coupon that I didn't know about. They came in to the waiting room several times to let me know what was going on and what they were finding. They gave me a printout of my wheel alignment before and after, steered me to a more affordable oil than what I was originally going to buy, and reviewed their findings and recommendations before presenting me with the bill that exactly matched the estimate. Highly recommended.

Raise your hand if you're sick of getting screwed over by the cheap oil change places. So am I! Like most things, you get what you pay for when it comes to vehicle maintenance. When I lived at my old house I went to the other Service First further up on Louetta several times with three cars, and was very impressed by their caring and professionalism. Years passed and I make a lot less money now so I went to the cheap guys, but they skimp on things and just don't do as good a job. I got tired of all these issues so I decided to go back. I made an appointment at this Service First, and just like the other one, they took great care of me. They got me in promptly at my appointment time, did my oil change in about 30 minutes, checked my fluids and aired my tires, and did a brief vehicle health inspection complete with nifty pictures and a report that they emailed to me. I also got a free car wash which my car desperately needed. They aren't the cheapest, but they're the best. See you in 3,000 miles, Service First!
