This place is awesome! The short blonde gentleman took me right in and they were super quick and efficient. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
All employees were awesome and professional! Offered water, drinks, food, shuttle rides. Showed pictures and detailed explanation of what they were doing or needed to do.

Kind, courteous and upfront with all the services and cost. I cancelled my first appointment due to a death in the family. Flowers and a card was sent to my home. Service First consistently went over and above expectations for the two cars I had serviced there. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience at Service First in Magnolia. Needed a few things done to my car and Dean took excellent care, my car was even washed for free. The staff was very attentive, they even drove me home while my car was being worked on and picked me back up after my car was serviced. I have taken my car to other locations to be worked on, but service does not compare to Service First. I will definitely be going back should my car need to be serviced again.
Used to go the location in Spring. So grateful for this location in Magnolia. Customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL!! They are honest, show you everything, they explain with great detail. They take such great care of their customers. Cody and Wilbur are AWESOME. They go above and beyond to help customers. Thanks Wilbur for telling me about this location that’s much closer to my home. The ladies in the office are very sweet and always make sure you’re ok and comfortable with refreshments while you wait. You will not be disappointed. I very rarely recommend places, but Service First in Magnolia is worthy of the exception. Top quality service!!
Christian Brothers had a huge wait, so I decided to give this place a try. Totally worth the try! I was very pleased with the service at the front desk and with the service on my vehicle (alignment and tire balance). It was reasonably priced and they provided me with a ton of information on the health of my vehicle. While I waited, the service advisor checked in on me with status updates 2-3 times to keep me in the loop. The waiting area and restroom are very clean and comfortable. I will be using this location for future services.
