I must say I truly loved the experience here! Actually, I'm still in shock. Everything was so clean, the customer service was stupendous, and who wouldn't love the fact that they have iPads available for customers? For the kiddos, there's an actual indoor playground as well. Furthermore, I brought my car in to get new batteries (mines requires two), front end work and an alignment. The price they gave me was a great deal also. My husband even came in the following week to have his car serviced. They showed such great care and concern, and they truly value your time and convenience. They picked up and dropped my husband off while they worked on his car. Beats going to the dealership by far! Overall, I'm so glad we found this place thanks to you Yelpers! This is our new go - to spot for all of our car needs. Oh, and they even offer free car washes.

I have been coming here for service and oil changes for both family vehicles since moving to the area last year. Coming in feels like visiting old friends. If you told me I had to take my vehicle somewhere else for service, you would have to drag me away kicking and screaming. Eddie is top notch and Kenny has done a great job servicing my vehicle. Truly a refreshing car maintenance experience. The folks there are friendly and polite. More importantly, the work they do is great and at a FAIR price! I just got what i feel is a great deal on a set of tires. Been there twice now and didn't get any dreaded "your oil is fine, but your transmission needs replaced" comments.The receipt speaks to this; it is in lay speak, only has the line items of the work done and isn't 4 pages long. Fast, good price, and friendly. Will be our default car repair place.

My mom needed her maintenance service done. I went to the dealership they wanted $600+. Looked around on yelp and this place had gotten great reviews. I brought in the car and the staff was super helpful. The mechanic walked me to the office to check in. The lobby was really big & clean. They offered me water or coffee. I talked to the guy explained my situation and he told me he can do it for less than a hundred. And I can come pick up the car afternoon. I like that they were direct and honest. I didn't get a car wash like other yelpers reviewed. But I'm glad I didn't have to pay the dealership price.

Took my 2007 Camry in to get a brake job done and the alignment fixed. Got there about 8am told jake what I thought was wrong and gave him my contact information and left because I had other stuff to do. About an hour later jake called and said your brakes are very worn in the front and the rotors needed to be replaced which is what I figured. He quoted me and price for the brake job and the alignment and then said you need two front tires I can get them from another tire store and have them put on for you. I was astounded by such great service I said that would be fantastic. Several more time through out each step of the process jake called to let me know what was going on and about what time the car would be ready. Sure enough right about 3:30 he called and said the car was ready. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful and jake did a wonderful job. My car drives better than it has driven since I got it in 2012 perfectly aligned drives like butter really. I will be using them in the future for automotive repairs.

At first I gave Service First a try because of the oil change coupons in the mail box. I honestly wasn't expecting much. All my experiences with automotive service stations over the years had me complacent. However, Service First is doing it right! These guys are totally honest about what's happening with your vehicle, and their prices and wait time it far better that competitors in the area. When they quote you a price for service, you can expect the final cost to be right on the money, or sometimes even less! Ask for Chad.
