Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

Well I went to service first to have my AC fixed in my truck and I must say that I was not happy when I went to pick up my truck and waited over two hours after truck was to be ready to be picked up. All I received was an apology for my wait. After I arrived home I received a call From the Manager Andrew who was very nice and concerned with what had happen to me and made it up to me. I now know why this place has such high ratings and I will be doing lots more business with them in the Future.

Above and beyond excellent service on a couple occasions. Here are details to one. My truck has over 100k miles on it. It started running bad and it's the same thing that I had paid to repair 30-40,000 miles ago at another shop in Spring. This time I took my truck to this shop. They were able to get the dealership to cover the work for free to me. They even dropped off my truck at the dealership and picked it up. So with 120,000 miles in my truck they found a way to get a $1,600 repair done at the dealership for free rather than take my money. They also had some additional recall work done for me. Excellent

Awesome place!! Always fast and honest service. Everyone is so nice and knowledgable. Comfortable lobby too if you have to wait. I don't take my Ford anywhere else, I've stopped going to Planet Ford, and Jiffy Lube. I now go here for my oil changes. Thanks guys!!

The customer service from this particular location is phenomenal. Every single person I've ever dealt with for my regular oil changes and other misc. issues, has been extremely nice and professional. They can count me as another loyal customer!

I have been using Service First for automotive repairs for over 2 years now, and always find them honest, helpful and extremely courteous. They also have a shuttle so I don't have to wait if it will be very long, which is another nice touch. I've even had them spend a lot of time on the phone with me, helping me diagnose a problem with my daughter's car in Fort Worth! If there is a garage that "goes the extra mile", this is it.

Service First is the only automotive shop we trust to work on our personal and business vehicles. We have been loyal customers for several years and would recommend them to anyone. Jake is the Customer Service Representative who usually helps us, and I can’t express the appreciation we have for him. He always exceeds expectations and will do whatever possible to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you to the entire Service First team for truly putting customer service first and taking pride in doing quality work.

The owner took me on a tour of his facility and showed with courtesy. Told me the value and meaning of the fluids they use for transmissions. That was the work I was getting done transmission fluid replacement.... the price was the same in the area. Customer relations is by far exceeded expectations from all the staff... I don't just let anyone touch my car without knowing the facility and staff meet my approval.. On another note, I called and talked to the owner to expect my brother for he was having issues with his truck. They exceeded my expectations again.. I don't know these people, but I do know honest work for what it's worth. Keep up the great work!!!!! Customer satisfied here....

I am amazed that service like this still exists in today's time! I was exceptionally greeted at the front by the staff. They made it clear that customer service was a priority to them. I mean I was so impressed with this place that I never rated any business before, but after coming here I was just obliged to recommend and appreciate their service. Awesome place, I would recommend anyone to this place.

I've only been here once for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but I was very impressed with their professionalism. Every employee was courteous, the mechanic came and explained what he'd done, recommended an air filter replacement (but assured me I could wait until the next oil change), and about how long they'd take to wrap up everything. It took a lot longer than expected for the work, BUT it was December 30, so with the holiday rush and inspections, they were quite busy. That being said, what prompted me to write this review is that I just received a call from an employee asking me about my experience, as a first time customer. I've never had an auto body shop do that before. That's the mark of a place that is truly customer oriented. I'll be back!

Every time I visit Service First, I leave happy!! They definitely live up to their name!!
