Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

I've been in the area for a year, moved here from Chicago. I had to get an inspection on my Civic and this place was a few minutes away. Stopped by and had some issues that needed to be repaired. Everyone was so accommodating and gave me updates thoughtout my time there. I usuallly go to the dealership for my oil changes but with this experience they will be my go to shop now for everything.

This was my first experience with Service. I'm new to the area and needed an oil change and a couple of other minor items checked out. I searched Yelp and with the rave reviews, I had to check them out for myself. I was surprised by their really large, clean lobby. They had a large cappuccino machine and a few ipads for customers to enjoy while they wait. Initially one of the managers, Will, helped me; greeting me very shortly after I walked in the door. My mechanic, Brandon, came inside and showed me my filter, compared it to other sample filters to let me make an informed decision on whether or not I wanted that service. He also explained the wear on my brake pads and let me know that I didn't have to have them replaced now, but that it should be done in the next couple of months before they wear to the point of damaging my rotors. They also offer a free car wash with every oil change (which I definitely needed). They only did the services that I requested and didn't pressure me to do any work that I didn't absolutely have to have. They also gave me a quote for the future services that we discussed so that I was prepared for my next visit. Everyone was so friendly and I didn't leave feeling like I'd been taken advantage of which has happened to me as an uninformed car owner. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

The ONLY place I take my 2 cars and even a Motorhome. Friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with iPads for use and Starbucks coffee machine and McDonalds like play area for the kids There are several auto repair shops in this area, but this is THE ONE.

The first time I walked in there to get my oil change, the staff was welcoming and extremely informative. I had a question about my brakes and one of the guys went of his way to help me and explained how the service works a little about the company and even educated me about my brakes. I went home and told my husband and some friends about my experience that I think I spent half the talking about oil changes. I never do that. They were fast, and professional and the place was pristine, modern and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Stopped in for a quick oil change and was very impressed with every aspect of this place. It is organized, clean, great prices, employees are welcoming and the place has wifi , play area for little kids, iPads for bigger kids, coffee, water very nice waiting area. Place does everything from oil changes brake service and car washes. Definitely recommend I am very impressed and satisfied . I swear I don't work here lol I know people may think that. Kudos to the manager ! Great business plan. Concept of taking a common business with competition all over the place but making it different, better, modern and attractive while still keeping a great value and same prices as the others or better ! For people that are not satisfied I say give it another shot it might have been an issue once but talk to the manager you won't regret it ! Great day !

Absolutely Wonderful people. Family operated. Friendliest staff I've ever encountered at an auto place. Knowledgeable. Immaculate. Free Starbucks coffee, wifi , jungle gym, ball pit, tablets for use, and nice leather arm chairs for reading. I forget that I'm at an auto place and I have peaceful and priceless reading and coffee time. Support this business! At least get your inspection sticker here.

More than once, I have been told by another service center (I purchased oil change certificates from them - my mistake) that work needed to be done - expensive work. I then take my autos over to Service First. I TRUST this shop to give me fair, honesty and trustworthy service. They have proved themselves time after time with me. This is the only shop that works on my autos.

Great service. These guys greeted me in the parking lot, offered me coffee, and got me out half an hour Later. The lobby was clean and all employees were friendly. Service like this does not exist anymore. Keep it up.

While transporting my one-year-old grandson this morning, a message appeared saying "Low Tire Pressure." I had taken my car in for oil changes at Service First, so I decided to go there to check on the tire pressure. They quickly and cheerfully offered to check all four tires. Less than 10 minutes later, I was given the "all clear!' No tire damage, no messaging issues.....and NO CHARGE for their services! What a blessing!

First class service at a reasonable price. Service First Automotive sets the benchmark that all automobile shops need to follow. Place is neat and clean as soon as you walk in. Waiting area is top notch. They tell you upfront how much it will cost and how long it will take. I decided to leave my vehicle while I go have lunch. When I get back, it was ready as promised. I highly recommend Service First Automotive Center. Keep it up guys!
