Texas Auto Repair with Caliber Auto Care

So I've always been weary of auto mechanics, but Service First has surprised me these last couple years. First, they are thorough. When I had an issue with my 2008 vehicle, they made sure to give me a full check up of what they would take care of and when. The pricing isn't the cheapest but they make up for it overall. One time my teenager with a brand new drivers license broke down. She called Service First and they quickly came to check on her and even followed up. (Battery issue) My twin 4 year olds absolutely love it when I beef an oil change. The facility is kid friendly with a play gym, coffee, water and working iPads. They would almost prefer Service First over other playgrounds. Today I went to Service First right before closing. (Bad idea, I know but I'm a busy working mom) Mike said I probably had a bulb out and even though he could have told me to come back in the morning when they opened, he settled my concerns by checking my electrical issue and fixing it immediately. Mike made my day! Unbelievable service. I knew I would not be turned away and service would be provided with a smile. Hands down one of the most impressive businesses ever. Definitely not your average auto mechanic. 5 star service!

Five Star customer service! Surprisingly quick during lunch and surprise they even have a vacuumed out my truck.

Highly recommend this establishment for your auto repair needs. My first experience was great, I was very impressed with their customer service. The personnel are very professional, and the are very honest. I will definitely come back, for any of my car repairs.

Best customer service ever! They don't try to sell you something that you do not need. The staff is excellent and the playground is perfect for the kids (That's what sold me to begin with). I will definitely be back and encourage my friends to go.

Usually go for my oil changes always quick and friendly, recently my car broke down spoke to Adam was real friendly after telling him my dillema. Had my car brought there was with no issue and I need a ride home but their courtesy car wasn't there but still got a guy by the name of Austin to give me a lift home which was above and beyond. Great shop and amazing customer service! Update: did a wonderful job on fixing my radiator and fixing some other underlying issues . Driving like new again. Very upfront of the whole process . Couldn't be happier

Went in to get a oil change with my kids. First ever coming here and their customer service was excellent. Many bonuses of having great customer service, they have complementary Starbucks coffee and bottle water with a hugh play area for kids.

We initially had a misunderstanding with Service First Automotive. After several conversations, the problem was resolved in my favor. In this day and age, you rarely see a company truly care about a customer and make them happy. I strongly recommend Service First Automotive!!
