Best service I've had at a mechanic shop. Also, best place to get a oil change, or anything to your vehicle! Aaron's customer service is the best, so go see him for anything!

I can't thank Service First enough for their friendly and outstanding customer service. They have an amazing ability to put their customers first and give grade A service every time! Coming from out of state it was so nice to find a mechanic we could trust. Me and my wife wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff puts customer satisfaction before making a buck and that is so rare these days. The entire front desk is respectful, friendly and always honest. I thought service like this was a thing of the past but Service First reminded me that there are still alot of good businesses out there...the name says it all!!!

I had both mine and my wife's car serviced here on the same day. I booked them in after reading poor reviews about the Service Department of the dealership where I brought them. I don't often bother writing reviews but these guys have definitely earned this. Their customer service is excellent, the service process itself is crystal clear, transparent and excellent value as well. I dealt with Justin & Aaron, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent job, definitely coming back whenever our vehicles are due a service.

I have relied on Service First for my automotive needs for just a little over a year now. Their service is exceptional!! The team-members ALWAYS go above and beyond to help and to provide wonderful customer service each and every time - whether it's a quick oil change or a more detailed and complicated service call. Most recently I was challenged with a flat tire while on my way to pick my daughter up from school. Knowing that I was closer to Service First than her school I decided to swing in. The manager at their Woodlands location, Justin, immediately greeted me as I was stepping out of my car. I explained that I had a tire that went flat, I had put air in it to get to their location and that I needed to pick my daughter up from school. They offered their customer shuttle service so that we could pick up my daughter while they fixed my flat tire -- this was an absolute save for me! This is not out of the ordinary service -- this is their everyday service mantra!! Keep it up team -- can't wait to see your continued growth and success! Thank you so much!

I have been looking for a good mechanic or shop since moving back to this area. I looked on internet other night and went through reviews for Service First. I was AMAZED at how nice/courteous/friendly/and honest people that work there!!! Justin took care of me from start to finish and was more than great. I will take all my repairs to Justin and Service First.

I took my VW Jetta TSI to get my oil change and tire rotation done and the service was excellent! Everyone there was very attentive and I like that the technician comes out to explain what they find after diagnostics tests, so you know what costs to expect. I usually get these services done at my dealership, but I am so glad I took it there instead. Much better service and much more thorough.
