Service First is hands down the most honest, most reliable, most respectful, best customer service I have ever experienced. I use to take my vehicles to the dealer only and now I only take my 7 vehicles to Service First. I will not let anyone else touch them. They go the extra mile just for you.

Dude, this is the coolest automotive center in Houston. On Dec 16th at 6pm they are giving a free car to a disabled veteran. Cool man! - Check out the Starbucks machine. It has coffee and hot chocolate. Plus they have iPads to keep the kids busy.

Very friendly and clean location. They charge a fair price and do a excellent job. Would highly recommend to my own mother.

Highly recommend Service First. They did an excellent job and they are reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful and kind. They even vacuumed my carpets and included a free car wash with my oil change!

Update: they followed up and took great care of us. We understand that issues happen and they have earned loyal customers. Took our truck in for an alignment at 8:30 and were told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. We left it there since we didn't have time to wait. When we got back at 1:00 nothing had been done at all, truck was still parked in the same location. We were given a bunch of excuses as to why it hadn't been finished but bottom line, it wasn't finished. They didn't even bother to call. We won't be doing business here again and if you value your time I would advise against anyone using them

I needed an oil change and to find out about a check engine light. My baby fell asleep on the way there and they let me stay in the car while they worked on my car (and even whispered!!) They offered to bring me water and let me pay without having to wake up the baby. I have always liked Service First but this trip showed what truly awesome service is.

I am in the auto motive industry as well. Customer service is a big deal. It helps grow a respectable business. If you want the service you deserve then service first is your place for your mechanical needs.

Customer service is AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They have a very nice waiting room and are kid friendly! They also did a great job on my car!

Poor customer service, first car there with customer waiting and was told it would take 45 min to an hour for an oil change. Yes there was 1 car there ahead that was dropped off the night before no waiting customer for it, but was then told it would be at least an hour and half instead. I have gone here for oil changes many of times before and treated great. I will not be returning here or recommending anyone here. After writing this original review above, less than 30 min I receive a phone call from Austin asking me what happen. They took care of the situation and appreciated me giving them a second chance. I also go to meet the owner and several other managers from other stores. I tell you what they have great customer service and willing to take care of you. I wan to thank everyone here for taking care of the customer and not just letting it go. Thanks

I came in for an oil change about a week ago as a first time customer and Austin gave me excellent customer service. I had a few questions about the maintenance that would be do on my car in the future (it's a new car). Adam helped me with the questions I had and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. As a first time customer I felt that Austin and Adam made me feel very welcomed and invited!!!! After the service I received I will definitely be returned with both my vehicles. Also the Starbucks coffee is a plus.
