This place is awesome. While you wait they have Starbucks coffee, bottled water, comfortable seating as well as iPads. They even have a climbing gym for children to play. Everyone here is friendly and accommodating! :) I've always been pleased with their pricing as well as the quality of work.

I brought my vehicle in for shuddering while braking. I accepted an offer to drive me back to my office while they worked on my vehicle as they were busy. They were very polite. Turns out I just needed to have the rotors machined as the pads were still good. It was nice to deal with a company that didn't go for the easy buck. One star ding because they did take a few hours longer than estimated.

This place is quick & efficient!!! The people at the front desk (as well as the person that spoke with me over the phone before I got here) were nice, informative, and had TIME to speak to someone to show good customer service. Quoted 30 mins (at 3:45pm) for an oil change and tire rotation. While I waited, I noticed that there's a small kids area, nice lounge area, Starbucks coffee machine, and a ChargeHub for all types of cell phones!!! I called a dealership to see about an oil change (before I called here) and they said that it would take 2-2.5 hrs. They also said that the best time to come would be 7am because they're usually really busy for the rest of the day. The receptionist was short and was in a rush to get off of the phone. Once you buy a car, that's not the end of it for a dealership. Customer service lasts for the life of a vehicle. Thank you Service First! I will be recommending everyone to this location.

Got my oil changed here, most places charge about $70 for a full synthetic oil change not service first they only charged me $39 for it. That was awesome. Plus they are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Thanks service first!

I have been coming here for years, even though I've moved twice. I still drive out of my way to come here. They will never try to convince you to do unnecessary work and they are always straightforward with you. I just came in today because of a loud sound in my door's auto-lock function. They spent over an hour pulling off the cover and they didn't have the part and they had to order it. I should have paid for the labor but they said don't worry about it. This just reinforces my opinion of this business. If you've been treated wrong at another place, I encourage you to stop in and just see why this business is called "Service First" !!! (I have posted this exact review on Google and YP)

This place is doing it right! 100% of the time. I have been going her for two years now and every single time it's the same treatment and same customer service if not better. When u first walk into their lobby, you are greeted with a smile , they are welcoming and friendly and they treat you as if you are guest that came into their homes. Reminds me a lot like Nordstrom but better! I usually get an oil change every 3 months , which usually takes about 20-30 mins, im not ever there that long. There is a kids play area inside, iPads to keep u occupied, charge ports for your iPhones, of course a TV , and really comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. After every service you get a small survey to fill out and a free car wash card to get your car washed next door.

Best experience ever! Don't go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed. Mike and his staff are rock stars!

By far the best customer service around! I've driven all the way across Houston to have my car serviced here. I liked it so much I sent my dad, sister, mother in law, and friends there and they haven't stopped going there either!

So go ahead and read other reviews about the layout, kids play area, free wifi, iPad stations, free water and Starbucks coffee and blah blah Ok that's all nice and good but if they offer all these extras how much is their service going to cost me? I know... Trust issues... Well, they're about the same price as my previous garage but closer and they had a nicer waiting are and usually offered a free car wash so they were our go to oil change garage. On one occasion, I brought in our SUV and our SUV takes only full synthetic. Expecting the normal bill. Someone comes into the waiting area and explains to me that the car would need new brake pads. That we maybe at 1,500 miles left and would cost....$800! Ok that's not bad. But it's a 4 hr job! that's bad when you have a 1yr old. Fast forward 2 months, the husband takes the car in to get it serviced. They drop him back home! Nice! Around 7pm they call and say we don't have 1,500 miles left we have 15,000 miles left on our brake pads!! Oh!! Did I misunderstand them? So Austin drops off our car to our home and proceeds to explain to us that they checked the car thoroughly anyway and found that they used a bad gasket during our previous oil change so they gave us a full synthetic oil change for free so they could correct the gasket! Incredible service and honesty! Things we really want in a garage! Love these guys! They are our go to garage for everything now! Will sing their praises to all our friends!
