I stopped by without an appointment and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! Kevin got me right in and they were able to identify and fix the problem right away! I was in and out in 30 minutes and the staff could not be more friendly! The waiting room was comfortable and they even offered me water! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Today was my first time here with my mini cooper. From the time I drove up in the rain and ask where do I park. The mechanic (Gabriel ) actually took care of me. Walked me. Offered me Starbucks coffee. Later sat down with me and explained different oils and additives. Great time. They actually have iPads for people to use. Good beetles music playing and comfortable chairs. A lady who was finished with her service. A guy walked her out with a umberella. I am so WOW about this business. I will now bring my other car here for service too. Honest, kind people.

It really stinks to hear that your oil change is turning into a multi-hundred dollar repair. However, I would rather the issue be found and fixed rather than a mechanic overlook it because it is not what I brought my vehicle in for. This has happened to me multiple times now and the issue that they found has always been resolved professionally and courteously. The peace of mind that they offer with their outstanding service is worth every penny. Go here. You won't regret it.

Service First on Louetta no longer gives a free car wash coupon with an oil change. I found that quite disappointing, especially when she told me I could have had a car wash at the other location!
