I always have a great, professional experience, and the service is always fast. Also, the complimentary starbucks coffee and bottles water is a nice touch.

This review has a unique ending that made me feel obligated to write this review as a thank you to Service First for their dedication to customer service. I came to Service First with a check engine light 3 weeks before my inspection was due. Jake explained the issues/error codes with my truck and recommended I take care of a few wear items. One check engine error code was for a faulty NOx sensor. Jake was very knowledgable and explained that this part was a common issue around 100,000 miles and had been upgraded to a new design. He also pointed out that the wiring was worn and should be replaced. He then explained that the fuel sending unit had failed. On my truck, the fuel sending unit and fuel pump are one part. I already knew about this as my gas gauge had not been working for quite some time. Jake also recommended that I replace my rack and pinion due a fair amount of play. This was accompanied by a steering alignment. The last wear item was changing the rear differential fluid. My quote look like this before tax: NOx sensors and wiring (intake and exhaust) - $827.06 Rack & Pinion with new seals, fluid, ect... - $590.53 Front end alignment - $79.99 Rear Diff. Service - $119.95 Fuel Sending Unit & Pump Replacement - $1149 This is were things got interesting. I told Jake that my main goal was to pass inspection. I decided not to replace the Fuel Sending Unit & Pump because we thought that would not cause a check engine light. This turns out to not be true, an honest mistake. However, because of this, I decided to do everything but the Pump and sending unit. I picked up my truck and paid the $1700 only to find out that I would not pass inspection because the Sending Unit & Pump were still throwing a code and triggering the check engine light. Obviously, I was not to happy about this. This is when Andrew (a manager) got involved. After talking with Andrew, we came to a more than fair agreement that fit my budget and led to a 5 star experience. Lets face it everyone makes mistakes. If you want a shop that will take care of you and make things right even when they make a mistake, Service First is the right place. -Jordan Nash

Amazing place to get your car serviced, decent staff and office has all the stuff while you are waiting for your car. They haven't disappointed me ever...my every visit was delightful. Thanks to all the staff.

This was my second visit and it was a great experience. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The best part is that I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

They are absolutely amazing!! I was searching for my first car, and naturally, had many questions on what type of car to get and what to look for when car shopping, and I probably called 3-6 times with questions and each time they were so generously helpful! Here's my story with them: I had checked out several cars, each times getting my hopes let down, and then I found another car which could be a possibility, but first I needed to get a pre-buying inspection on it (as I never would get a car without an inspection first). I thankfully was near enough to Service First to have them do the pre-buying inspection, but it was late on a Saturday afternoon, and by the time I made it there it was their closing time. (oh no!) But, we talked to them earlier that day on the phone, and they said that they would be willing to stay open later for me, and so we were able to get the car inspected that day! Even though they stayed later, they did a great job on the inspection, gave fantastic input, and the car ended up working out! (Also thanks to their input, we were able to work things out with the dealership and got several things fixed on the car at no extra cost.) So YES, and would definitely recommend them to you, they are so generous and helpful! Now, in my case they were able to work things out to inspect my car after their ordinary hours, but we had called earlier and it worked out; they probably won't always be able to offer staying open later for all their customers (duh), but this just reflects their helpfulness and generosity! (Which I already mentioned.) Thank you, Service First! I also want to thank the Service First person that I spoke with throughout this car-buying situation, Austin! I had called so many times with questions I started to feel bad, but he was continually glad to give advice, and was a huge help!

Service First rocks. I wish I had found them sooner. Some things I can share are pleasant customer service, time to explain the details, wi-fi, coffee, water, clean waiting area. In short this automotive service is heads above all others I have used in the past. Service First, please keep up the good work. And, don't get too big and slip on all the features that make your business great.

This is ranked with the best customer service I have received. Nice lobby with leather chairs, ipads, a play place for kids, and starbucks coffee if you want. I was greeted upon coming in, given tons of info, and even had the option of choosing which oil I wanted (I got royal purple). Fair prices and above and beyond customer service! Will only bring my vehicle here now. A wonderful experience!
